Trial Period & Pay Policy

If your application is approved, you'll start with a one-week trial as manager. If you perform well during that week, you'll be hired permanently after the trial. You have no base salary — your entire income comes from the workers you bring in and oversee. If you bring in no workers, you will not be paid for that period — no exceptions.
